Atlantic City Municipal Court

The Atlantic City Municipal Court is located at 2715 Atlantic Avenue, 2nd Floor, Atlantic City, New Jersey, 08401.  The Chief Municipal Prosecutor is Howard Freed.  The Chief Municipal Court Judge is the Honorable Bruce F. Weekes.  Court sessions are held on weekdays from 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.  Driving while intoxicated and traffic tickets are common in this court; however, the court also has a very busy criminal caseload including crimes such as prostitution, assault, and drug charges.
