Middletown Township Municipal Court
The Middletown Township Municipal Court is located
at 1 Kings Highway, Middletown, New Jersey, 07748. The Municipal

Presiding Municipal Court
Judge is the Honorable Richard B. Thompson. Court sessions are
held on Mondays at 8:30 a.m., the second and fourth Tuesdays of the
month at 6:00 p.m., and Wednesays at 8:30 a.m. Driving while intoxicated and
underage drinking charges are very common in this court. Also
common are criminal charges for assault and drug possession as well as
violations of municipal disorderly conduct ordinances.
