Neptune City Municipal Court
The Neptune City Municipal Court is located

Municipal Prosecutor is Martin McGreevy. The Municipal Court
Judge is the Honorable Mark T. Apostolou. Court sessions are
held on the first and third Wednesdays of the month at 9:00 a.m. and
the fourth Thursday of the month at 5:00 p.m. for contested traffic
matters and criminal matters. Traffic offenses and driving while intoxicated
are common charges in this court along with a variety of criminal
charges.
