Perth Amboy City Municipal Court

The Perth Amboy City Municipal Court is located at 56 Fayette Street, Perth Amboy, New Jersey, 08861.  The Municipal Prosecutors are John Cassese and Allen N. Papp.  The Chief Municipal Court Judge is the Honorable George M. Boyd.  Court sessions are held on Mondays at 6:00 p.m., Tuesdays at 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Wednesdays at 1:30 p.m., and Thursdays at 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.  Traffic offenses and driving while intoxicated charges are commonly heard in this court along with a variety of criminal charges.
