Plainfield City Municipal Court

The Perth Amboy City Municipal Court is located at 325 Watchung Avenue, Plainfield, New Jersey, 07061.  The Municipal Prosecutor is Sheila D. Ellington.  The Municipal Court Judges are the Honorable Joan Robinson Gross, Andrew M. Baron, and Charles D. Craig.  Court sessions are held on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays at 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., Wednesdays at 9:00 a.m., the second and fourth Fridays of the month at 9:00 a.m. for traffic, and the first and third Fridays of the month at 9:00 for housing.  Traffic offenses and driving while intoxicated charges are commonly heard in this court along with a variety of criminal charges.
