Borough Municipal Court
The Point Pleasant Borough Municipal Court is located
at 2233 Bridge Avenue, Point Pleasant, New Jersey, 08742. The
Municipal Prosecutor is Joseph Coronato. The Presiding Municipal
Court judge is the Honorable James A. Liguori. Court sessions
are held on the first Monday of every month at 3:30 p.m., and the
first Friday of every month at 9:30 a.m. Driving while
intoxicated and underage drinking charges are very common in this
court. Also common are criminal charges for assault and drug
possession as well as violations of municipal disorderly conduct
ordinances.
