The Municipal Prosecutor is Steven A. Zabarsky. The Municipal
Court judge is the Honorable James A. Liguori. Court sessions
are held on the first Monday of every month at 10:00 a.m., the second
Tuesday of every month at 3:00 p.m. and the third Friday of every
month at 10:00 a.m. Driving while intoxicated and underage
drinking charges are very common in this court. Also common are
criminal charges for assault and drug possession as well as violations
of municipal disorderly conduct ordinances.
