Rahway City Municipal Court

The Rahway City Municipal Court is located at 1 City Hall Plaza, Rahway, New Jersey, 07065.  The Municipal Prosecutor is Richard Fazzari.  The Municipal Court Judge is the Honorable David Paul Ericksen.  Court sessions are held on Thursdays at 2:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m., the second Tuesday of the month at 9:00 a.m. for driving while intoxicated cases, the third Tuesday of the month at 9:00 a.m. for private citizen complaints, and the third Tuesday of the month at 10:30 a.m. for arraignments.  Traffic offenses and driving while intoxicated charges are commonly heard in this court along with a variety of criminal charges.
