The Seaside Heights Borough Municipal Court is located
at 116 Sherman Avenue, Seaside Heights, New Jersey, 08751. The
Municipal Prosecutor is Kim Pascarella. The Municipal Court
judge is the Honorable Damian G. Murray. Court sessions are the
first three Wednesdays of the week at 9:00 a.m. and the fourth
Thursday of the week at 9:00 a.m. Driving while intoxicated and
underage drinking charges are very common in this court. Also
common are criminal charges for assault and drug possession as well as
violations of municipal disorderly conduct ordinances.
