Borough Municipal Court
The Seaside Park Borough Municipal Court is located
at 1 Municipal Plaza, 6th and Central Avenues, Seaside Park, New
Jersey, 08752. The Municipal Prosecutor is Valter Must. The Municipal Court
judge is the Honorable Frank S. Salzer. Court sessions are held
on the first and third Tuesdays of the month at 4:00 p.m. Driving while intoxicated and
underage drinking charges are very common in this court. Also
common are criminal charges for assault and drug possession as well as
violations of municipal disorderly conduct ordinances.
