Wayne Township Municipal Court

The Wayne Township Municipal Court is located at 475 Valley Road, Wayne, New Jersey, 07470.  The Municipal Prosecutors are Raymond S. Vivino, Thomas Melani, and Steven Veltri.  The Municipal Court Judges are the Honorable James J. Murner, Jr. (Presiding), Lawrence Katz, and Peter Weiss.  Court sessions are held on Tuesdays at 2:00 p.m. for traffic matters, and Thursdays at 9:00 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. for traffic and criminal matters.  Traffic offenses and driving while intoxicated charges are commonly heard in this court along with a variety of criminal charges.  Shoplifting charges are also very common in this court from the Willowbrook Mall and the Wayne Hills Mall.
